All orders will ship within (1-3 business day) after the order is placed. Due to the high demand, it is also possible that our international partners may handle the shipping of the package. Currently, the shipping time to the United States is typically 5-8 business days. If the delivery time for your order is longer than usual, we ask for your patience. You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return. Please notify us in advance by emailing support@koa-shop.com to begin the return process.

Please note that, due to our strict hygiene standards, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Specifically, the packaging's protective film must remain intact and unremoved.
